Under the CCPA right to know, you can request a complete copy of all personal data that Pawdara holds about you.

What's Included

Your data export will include the following information:

• Profile information (name, email, phone)
• Pet records (names, species, breeds, medical details)
• Timeline entries (vaccinations, visits, surgeries, lab results)
• Uploaded documents
• Reminders and notification settings
• Subscription and billing history

Export Format

Your data will be provided as a ZIP file containing JSON data files and PDF copies of your documents. This portable format allows you to import your data into other services.

How to Request an Export

To request an export of your data, send an email to privacy@pawdara.com with the subject line "Data Export Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Processing Time

Your data export will be prepared and delivered to your email within 30 days.
